THANKSGIVING TAKE AND BAKE INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325° – if you are using a convection oven, reduce heat to 300°
Remove all lids on containers before heating!
Turkey:
- Remove aluminum foil from the top of the pan
- Place pan in the oven and bake until the white instant thermometer pops or a quick readthermometer inserted into the leg reads 175°
- After removing from oven, let rest for 15 minutes before slicing
Bake for 30 mins:
- Corn Bread Stuffing
- Granny Smith Apples
Bake for 15-20 mins:
- Sweet Potatoes
- Fingerling Potatoes
- Green Beans
- Carrots
- Roasted Winter Veggies
Heat in sauce pan until hot:
- Gravy
- Mushroom sauce for the roasted green beans
Prime Rib – cook meat at 350° to internal temp of:
- 120° medium rare
- 130° medium
- 135° medium well
- 145° well done
*All cooking times are estimates – items should be reheated to 155° before serving
