THANKSGIVING TAKE AND BAKE INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325° – if you are using a convection oven, reduce heat to 300° 

Remove all lids on containers before heating!

Turkey:

  • Remove aluminum foil from the top of the pan
  • Place pan in the oven and bake until the white instant thermometer pops or a quick readthermometer inserted into the leg reads 175°
  • After removing from oven, let rest for 15 minutes before slicing

Bake for 30 mins:

  • Corn Bread Stuffing
  • Granny Smith Apples

Bake for 15-20 mins:

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Fingerling Potatoes
  • Green Beans
  • Carrots
  • Roasted Winter Veggies

Heat in sauce pan until hot:

  • Gravy
  • Mushroom sauce for the roasted green beans

Prime Rib – cook meat at 350° to internal temp of:

  • 120° medium rare
  • 130° medium
  • 135° medium well
  • 145° well done

*All cooking times are estimates – items should be reheated to 155° before serving
